I found one once, in a local East End gangsta stylee make up shop that deals in cheap odd pots of last year's posh expensive make up. The downside to the no-removal lip gloss (which was grey) was that if you kiss someone, you pretty much stick to their lips. It was by Maybelline, but it's definitely not been continued.
